Refund Policy

Philharmonic Trust is a charity organization; all payments (including donations and event fees) are final and non‑refundable under normal circumstances. However:

1. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

  • If an event, program, or service is canceled by the Trust, you may obtain a full refund of the relevant fee.
  • Refunds will be credited back within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.

2. Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend an event you’ve paid for, in some cases we may permit a transfer to another event or participant (subject to availability and administrative conditions).
  • Contact us as early as possible; transfer requests are evaluated case‑by‑case.

3. Voluntary Donations

  • All voluntary donations are irreversible and non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in specific campaign terms.
